By reflecting on what works well and where we can grow, we can build a stronger foundation for success and service in the upcoming year.
Why Your Feedback Is Important
1. Club Growth: The assessment helps us understand how we can better serve our communities and attract new members. Your input is key to recognizing new opportunities for growth and outreach.
2. Personal Growth: Participating in the survey allows you to reflect on your own experiences within the club. It's a chance to share what’s meaningful to you and what would help you get the most out of your membership.
3. Anonymous and Honest: This survey is completely anonymous, so you can be as open and honest as possible. We value your candor and encourage you to share your thoughts without hesitation.
What to Expect
The Club Needs Assessment survey can be accessed through the button below. It’s quick and easy to complete, but the insights it provides are invaluable. Once the results are in, we’ll use the feedback to develop action plans that address our clubs’ needs, set new goals, and strengthen our efforts to serve our communities.
Make Your Voice Heard
We urge every member to participate. Whether you're a new member or have been with your club for years, your input will help shape the future direction of our clubs. The more voices we hear, the more effective we can be in making positive changes for our communities, ourselves, and future generations.
Thank you in advance for your participation. Together, we’ll ensure our clubs continue to grow, improve, and make a lasting impact!
